No to juz za slodkie dla mnie, ale kładzie się na tej słodyczy jeszcze jakaś końska derka. Może w innej kolejności degustacyjnej byłoby lepiej

Rocznik 2020. W nosie maliny, jagody, pestkowość, delikatny ocet. Wanilii brak. W ustach octowa kwasowość, wytrawne. Pestkowość i wino.

Rocznik 2021. W nosie tym razem dominuje wanilia, której w 2020 w zasadzie nie było. Maliny i jagody (tych drugich mniej, niż w 2020). W ustach mniej wytrawne, gładkie, kwasowość mniej octową.

Zwanze day 2021 at Russian River - this is still one of the best cantillons Ive had - tons of jammy fruits but well blended

Zapach czerwone owoce, owoce leśne, trochę jogurtowe, lekko funky, intensywne. Smak pół wytrawne, kwaśne, owoce leśne, pestkowe, lekko funky, ok.

Na tablicy 2020, ale nie jestem przekonany. Mocno truskawkowe, kwasne, waniliowe, owocki bardzo super, ale nic tu wincyj nie ma, 4,0, s: kwasne, owocowe, truskawkowe, jezynowe, wanilii tu brakuje, ale bardziej sour ale z tego wyszedl niz lambic, 3,8 over.

It's like if a kettle sour was actually good. Lacking in funk, but loads of fruit and nilla. Good one to share as a little goes a long way. Happy to have finally tried this.

My most favourite lambic so far, absolutely stunning! Didn't know there were raspberries in there, was getting more cherry and the blueberry but ultra delicious

Wowowowow. The sweetest Cantillon beer I’ve ever had, and I’m not angry about it. Loads of raspberry & blueberry aromas and flavours. Lightly sweet with Vanilla on the finish.
