Cedar woodiness expressing along with a lemony forward grape character from the wine when tasted side by side (by this I mean the wine has a lemony component distinct from std cantillon profile). The woodiness here is much more prominent than most loons

2019 vintage on draft, pretty nice, red grapes 🍇, tannins, vinous 🍷, a tad woody funk, light astringency and minerality, very nice 😋👌 4.4 Good reminder of the last amazing weekend in Brussels for the Quintessence 😌

Ruddy pour. Aroma of barnyard, raspberry, caramel and orange. Taste follows, with citrus, caramel, and apple, with vinous notes.

Grosse étable en attaque suivie par un côté vineux. Belle expression du fruit qui s'exprime longtemps en bouche avec une petite acidité. En pairing avec une pizza dont les levains sont issus de moûts de chez Cantillon 👌

Really subtle grape in this, despite the bright red color. Very nice tannic finish, grape skin. All these wine varietals are just so good.

Clear ruby red. Fruitiness, tartness, grapes and sourness in the nose. Fruitiness, malts, grapes, tartness, grapefruit and bitterness in the taste. A delicious blend of strong flavours.
