(2018) 😳 This is...superbly easy drinking. An ever-so-slight funk presence. Light stone fruit and grapes.

New upcoming 2020 batch, with a small portion aged in a rum barrel, very little though. Still there is a bit of extra caramel/molasses sweetness compared to previous batches which might lead you to think it's there, but it's also pretty young.

Checking in the unreleased 2020 version which was partially aged in Rum barrels. No rum noticable. Still quite young. Not as sweet or barrel forward.

2019 batch. Barrel forward, slighlty buttery. Incredibly smooth. Some oilyness. Tannic and slightly vinegary with a subtle sweetness.

Awesome tartness, great wine grape body, subtle cream. Soft, and much easier to drink than expected.(2015/2016)

2020. Such a subtle tartness on this. Too drinkable at 7%. Get some of the cognac barrel on the nose and finish. Wish I had more!

Usually Im not a fan of spirit barrelled lambic but this is lovely. Superb balance, acidity. Barrel compliments rather than adding confusion. Very good beer.

Funky lemon and apple tartness up front with a oaky/woody finish. There's just a hint of sweetness that I assume comes from the cognac barrel aging.

De verrassing van de dag . Cognac op stro is de beste omschrijving . Cognac zit mooi verweven in het bier met een lichte houttoets erin . Wat wil je nog meer . 4.4

Imo bardzo podobne do Armanda z 3F. Bardzo fajne, dzikie, ściągające, owocki białe. Wersja Koniak.
