Joli funk sans agressivité, acidité peu prononcée mais ça ne manque pas de vivacité. Le Cognac apporte un certain fruité sans ajouter de sucre. C’est très sec et rafraîchissant. Excellente !

Meyer lemon, leather, lemon rind. This bottle did not have a lot of carbonation and not sure if intended. Bubbles would have made it hhigher. Has a wine like after taste on the palate. Really good.

It's sour alright! Cognac is there, but very suave on the background. Excellent!

Sticky sweetness of the cognac barrel merged with refined lambic. Taste better at home, than in the brewery.

Hell yeah. Subdued funk. Perfect sweetness, but I don't get any cognac barrel. That is the only reason it's not a 5/5
