That elderflower hits you on the nose abruptly. It's intense, one minded and long. Honey, lemon and melon. There's sweetness here. I find it a little too full on for Cantillon generally, so not my favourite. Sometimes a pot of gold will have silver.

Śmiesznie się starzeje, bo trochę landrynkowy ten bez się zrobił w aromacie, co smiszne, ale też pojawił się hincik koperkowy, co mniej fajne.

Zapach bez, kwiaty, korkowe, lekko funky, średnio intensywne. Smak pół wytrawne, kwaśne, czuć wiek, sporo bzu, kwiaty, ok.

Still lots of elderberry vibe left, nice acidity, well balanced and some barrel notes. Amazing beer! At last level 100 on New Brew Thursday, lots of hard work and time invested but a whole lot of fun! 😁🍻

A little too much pepper for me (jalapeño pepper, not black pepper). Good, but I honestly just prefer the classic gueuze.

LCI from yesterday. Absolutely fabolous blend. Elderflower is so well integrated into lambic. Delicious brew.
