So bright and balanced. Lovely flavours of yellow/white fruit/grapes, Cantillon funk and a crispy chalkyness. Vibrant, pronounced & 🔥

Smells hella funky, lovely initial complexity but, as with all cantillon grape dealies (pour moi) sweet fructose takes over, not nearly dry in the finish. Still pretty pretty super.

Easy 5 and the beer of the night for me. Might be my favorite Cantillon grape blend but would need to drink with Divin to confirm. ISO all of these. Holler.

Wow…I am drinking the last bottle of this! It’s a tribute to an Italian grape farmer…it’s unbelievable. Sadly, can’t take any of this back with me. Will enjoy ritually with you all!

First time having a Cantillon Beer along with the wine used in it, great pairing! A little vinegary, but you really taste the different layers of the grape marc. 👌🏻
