It's been a little while trying that 2004, still moving but yet very familiar. A little more Sulphur at opening here but that particular bottle had a slightly lower level. Other than that, sesame, lactic, dusty cellar, ... the usual goodness.

2004 vs 2022. Den nyeste drikker som vann. Lett, balansert og moden. Utrolig langt framme for en så fersk gueuze. Den gamle vesentlig syrligere og mer sitrondrevet. Kompleks funk. Fantastisk, men uten den perfekte balansen forrige flaske 04 jeg hadde.
