Magnum at the brasserie, shared between tables 😅 forgot about that. Not so clean nose, though so much salami skin, a classic 🤣 fruitful, grapes, pulpy. Not bad. 4.15

Might be the best fresh St Lam I’ve tried. Blueberry, earthy forest berries, lactic acidity (skovbæryougurt), musty apples, hay, wet wood and forest floor.

Young Lambic. Rustic. Farm, funky, moldy. Sweat, barn, horse, hay, leather. Full red grapes. Tamed, tiny aggressiveness. Acidic. Woody. Huge fruit peel, tannins, peddio sense. Low-medium bodied, silky, mineral, crispy. Elegant. Still need some aging. Big.

Waniliowe, octowe i oborowe - taki dziwny miks tych 3 aromatow, bardziej idace w kompocik od tych winogron, 4,0, s: nagazowane, slodkie, pilsnerowe, z miksem funky i octu, te winogrona kapke skorkowe, ale ogolnie nijakie, 4,0 overall.

Great viscosity, a bit more carbonation and sweetness than previous batches, missing a bit of funk and sourness but it’ll come with some age.
