Way tooo young, grape juice basically, sweet touch no tannins, no funk, will age well nonetheless, to keep in the cellar

Super mellow, pleasant red wine sweetness with a hint of funk. Needs a lot of time to develop some more funk

La subtilité à l’état pur ! L’équilibre parfait, acidité très légère, le vineux explose en bouche, un poil sucré et astringent mais bon.. sûrement trop jeune

LC; BTD: 12/06/21; I’ve only had Lam a few times, so not easy for me to compare to other bottlings, but I though this was great; split with Adelaide on a rare lunch without the kids; super mellow acid, soft funk, obviously vinous; perfect carb. Enjoyed.

2023.03.22. Woah… the poultry odor…! That’s what the brett and the fruits in this beer created, but behind the veil rich and full aromas of grape can be found. Smooth mouthfeel. Medium-bodied. Subtle and mellow sweetness with nutty and old cheese flavors.
