Tasted along with drogone wine. Tannins seems light when compared with that powerful and structured meaty wine. The funk in the lambic allow a different nose to express itself and allow us to taste a more subtle grape expression compared to the wine

Attaque acide, vin coriace/vinaigre, gros retour de raisins, légèrement astringente, bien cohérente avec le vin correspondant !

Drinking side by side with the Drogone wine. The wine was nice, the lambic is fantastic.

Bucket list beer. Surprenamment très douce overall. Microbulles, quasi tranquille. En bouche le raisin se fait dominant via des tannins qui restent collés "din joues" longtemps après la gorgée. On se méprend un peu à boire un vin rouge. Grosse bière. 4.65

2019 > 2021. Deze is net wat minder uitgesproken en mist het scherpe randje. Nog steeds super goed.

Funky, red winy, fruity, tarty, berry like nose. Flavor is moderate to tarty, balanced funky, winey, red grapes, straw, fruity dry ending. Body is medium, texture is oily, average to lively carbonation.
