Absurd! Vinous, fruity, grape skins. Lovely forest vibe, earthy, woody and a sophisticated nutty touch. Bliss.

Delicious, but is it worth it? Possibly. It's around 4 or 5 times the cost of similar beers, but is relatively delicate and light. It has hints of berry, with the grape flavours coming on strong. The acidity is easily noticeable but not a face inverter.

アリアニコ(赤ワインのぶどう)の搾りカスとランビックを合わせて寝かしたもの。こっちは日本に来たのが150本。これはランビックの酸味がメインで、ブドウはフルーティーに少し香る感じ。軽やかで美味し！

Just wonderful. You can feel red wine, cherry, and raspberry characters. Smooth mouthfeel. Light-bodied. This is a very unique one among Cantillon beers. Clean, dry, refreshing, and cool. Not what I expected but a welcome surprise.
