Owocki są cudowne, niesamowite, prima sort. Jednak, dalej, no, coś mało tego lambiczka. Jest go sporo w posmaku, ale w aromacie czy samym smaku, baza się chowa, co trochę mu odbiera. Niemniej, to jest świetna rzecz, z idealnym profilem owocowym

What goes better with one whale? Two. Cantillon at its finest with tons of dark fruits, red currant, cranberry, a whiff of funky bleu and just crazy blended lambic goodness. Biked to get here. The bike home was exciting! Loving Copenhagen!

A surprising amount of cherry & blackberry jam notes coalesce with medium-light farmy funk & minimal acidity. Vinous frame. Nice body as always. Young but tons of potential. Saint Lamvonus is the king but here is a potential usurper. Stunning for the age.

This is the best mouthfeel I’ve had from Cantillon yet. Slight funk laced between grapes. I’ve never had a grape like this. I think I prefer the Saint Lamvinus grape expression, but this is darn close.
