Molnigt gyllengul/orange. Vitt löddrigt, flyktigt skum. Doft av rabarber, jästigt, rustikt. Stilla bubblig, halvtorr munkänsla. Smaken öppnar smakrikt med rabarber, måttlig och mogen men tydlig syrlighet, jästigt, ek i avslutet. Belgo-syrling-nirvana!

Nadap solidnie czuc ten rabarbar. I stosunkowo malo i grzecznej dzikosci o dziwo, zwlaszcza, ze b wytrawny. Z duza frajda. Aha, bytowal od nowosci w 10 stopniach, moze za chlodno... a moze nie :)

Ale dawalo octem spod kapsla na maksa, na szczescie to tylko na korku :) ta butla fajniutko grzeczno rabarbarowa wciaz intensywnie ze skorzanymi dzikimi nalecialosciami. Slicznie sie postarzala, ale to kurna loteria jest jednak :) ta z lodowki

Fantastic at this age. Slight sulfur in the nose, but also signature rhubarb and pleasant lime. Pleasant acidity and slight bitterness. Perfect summer beer.

Straight from Belgium thanks to Marty 🇧🇪 — Rhubarb was mixed with a blend of one and two years old Lambic before conditioning.
