Bright and zippy, with a slightly drying finish, the rhubarb is subtle but adds just enough to keep things tart. There’s a pleasant fust to it that rounds things off nicely

Clear light copper color. Grapefruit zest, some distinctive fruity, herbal aroma (rhubarb?). Wood, vanilla like flavor. Strong tartness, no or hint of sweetness, no bitterness. Low levels of saltiness and umami. Strong carbonation, light body. Excellent!

Mick's oude, stoffige Cantillons nuttigen, heeft gelukkig niet veel geleden! Nog vrij veel rabarber in de geur en smaak, minder funk maar nog steeds typisch Cantillon Nath!

28Nov2018. Rhubarb is heavy in this - earthy, bitter, vegetal, yet sweet/tart and juicy. Was not expecting that, given how the fruit had disappeared in a recent '17 bottle. Funk/acid within the normal Cantillon range.
