Oeeh. Dit is lekker. Iets beter dan de bieten lambiek van net. Mooi zacht. Subtiel druif smaakje. Ik vind het zelfs naar aardbeien smaken. Heerlijk

Earthy, mature cheese, some pink grapefruit, orange marmalade, and violet aroma. Crisp and dry, very lingering and pleasant.

Bottled 13 January 2021. Fruity, earthy, dry, sweet and melon. Really refreshing and not that sour at all.

Robe particulière, arômes proches de la poulsard ... C'est dur à appréhender mais je pense qu'il faut absolument goûter

Super interesting. Surprised it resembles a Rose. So many wine inspired Lambics here now. Aged in clay, not wood. Super soft mouthfeel. In the end this is as close to a Rose lambic as we can get.

There's a Jura theme in the beer selection at Cantillon this year, but this is the only one that we're trying. Smell is red wine vinegar, but taste is more watermelon + grapes. Sour Jolly Rancher finish. Initial sip actually tastes like a Jura wine.
