A bit more lactic than Poulsard, but the most hits the cheese rind notes more quickly (similar, though). Also delicate and soft on the finish; quite comparable to Poulsard. Digging this, too. But man, this bar is poppin' on a Friday night in Belleville.đ

Couleur superbe, Ă sây mĂ©prendre Ă un verre de rosĂ©. Nez un peu cheesy. Assez sur le vin, tannins, lĂ©gĂšre aciditĂ©. Câest excellent, mais jâcrois pas que ça vaut son secondary.

Definitely similar to first time had. Less cheesy, same floral, grapes and vinous profile. It is a bit watery, thereâs a moment when enter totally void. 4.20

EB Frilltessence 2023. Paired with deep fried herring. These Jura grape lambics still baffle me slightly by providing a focus on juiciness rather than the separate complex tannin structures of the grapes. However, despite that this is some tasty glouglou.

Winogornowych skurwieli czas. Strasznie winogronowe, naftowe fhui, gliceryna, z lekkim funky pazurkiem, 4,2, s: mocna nafta i kwasnosc, grejpfrut, no te biala winogrona dominuja, i sa fajne, nuta funky wyrazna, ale szkoda tego octu, mimo to 4,2 overall.
