Abv 5.5% Poah! Wat een prachtige rijping. Mistig blond, geur: licht bloemig, gras, iets zurig. Smaak: Zacht, beetje zurig, niet agressief. Funky, tart, droog, plakt een beetje. Na 4 jaar echt mooi!

Some fuzz on the bottle and mold under the cap but delicious.

Bottled May 2016. So funky. Smell is a 5/5, taste is damn close. Such a unique experience.

We’ve been aging this baby since our trip to Belgium in November 2016. We decided to age it for 4 years, and if we still didn’t have a new president, we’d age it for another 4. Mercifully, we got to drink it on this special day. Cheers, President Biden

16 September 2016. Best bottle of classic gueuze I’ve had in a few years. All the right dusty grapefruit notes with ultra low acidity and impeccable balance. This is a magic batch. Seek it out. Thanks Mike R.
