Pungent, tarty, yeasty, not too dry, very refreshing for a gayzeeee. And so bio I'm turning all Greta Thunberg, locks and asperger and all the shenanigans.

I'm not so big fan of gueuzes but this one is really good, classic I would say, Cantillon knows the job!

At my Very starting of tasting lambic, this gueuze gives me all the imagination and expectation I have in my silly. Brain.

4Oct2016, 37.5cl. Subtle funk on the nose, more oaky/woody notes. Little green apple skin, some grapefruit pith bitterness, and almond nuttiness on the finish. Everything about this bottle was subdued, though.

Minder ver geëvolueerd als de 37,50 flesjes, maar toch al mooi zacht en vol van smaak.

2-0 Italy. Bottled on October 4th. Loon house funk, wet oak, lemon, cedar, gun powder, iced tea, and pepper. Not bad for a prime global warming era gueuze. 4.15

Magnum! Very smooth, soft and woody! Dry, tannic and a lot of citrusfruit like lemon and even more mandarin.. Should contain a small portion of Armagnac, but this isn't noticeable..
