Had to dip into the cellar for this special day. Always enjoy a Cantillon but even more so when it has some more years on it.

has mellowed beautifully... cantillon gueuze really does need time to shine. paired w 36 month comte and 52 month cheddar - both god tier 🤯

Bottled May 2016. So funky. Smell is a 5/5, taste is damn close. Such a unique experience.

Abv 5.5% Poah! Wat een prachtige rijping. Mistig blond, geur: licht bloemig, gras, iets zurig. Smaak: Zacht, beetje zurig, niet agressief. Funky, tart, droog, plakt een beetje. Na 4 jaar echt mooi!

Lots of hay blanket with a bit of sweetness. Slight oxidation. Engagement celebratory beer are a weekend of bourbon.

Worth the save and the special occasion opening with friends. Delicious. Tart smooth but with unique champagne fruit like undertones.

I'm not so big fan of gueuzes but this one is really good, classic I would say, Cantillon knows the job!

Pungent, tarty, yeasty, not too dry, very refreshing for a gayzeeee. And so bio I'm turning all Greta Thunberg, locks and asperger and all the shenanigans.

Bottled 9/16/16 (4yrs old). This is a treat. Just damn. Wow. It’s tart but doesn’t kick you in the cheeks. Funky. Rich and complex. Best sour I’ve ever had.
