I wish I could have this on tap for every day. Light, dry, crisp, funky, tart, and all of it lingers in the finish. A little green apple on the palate. I'm enjoying this and regretting opening it at the same time.

Slightly sour. Tart apples. A little sweetness like a pear.

Wanted to try this after 10 years and couldn’t hold out more than 5. Me thinks it would absolutely be stellar after 10, 15, prob 20 too. No patience.

Draft. Slightly sour. Completely flat. A very 'mellow' beer. It's nice, but I'm not super impressed.

3/23/16. So balanced, classic Cantillon funk and bitterness, in a perfect place. 4.55

2-0 Italy. Bottled on October 4th. Loon house funk, wet oak, lemon, cedar, gun powder, iced tea, and pepper. Not bad for a prime global warming era gueuze. 4.15

Een oude gueuze is altijd lekker! Beetje bitter / grapefruitschil, maar ook wat houtigs. Mooi (verlaat) begin van de avond!

Bottled 15 December 2016. Loud, jolly POP!. Nice amber colour, some lovely carbonation. Damn funky smell, heavy cheesyness, plenty of oak, hint of hay. Good carbonation in mouth, very mellow feel. Taste is funky, lightly sour, dry, french cheese rind. Yum
