havenot had one of these in awhile. tend to have a hard time with straight gueuze... but in some years of bottle conditioning, much of the rubberband has dissipated. vinosity and oak tannins are prominent and pleasing.

Nice "in between" young & mature profile, from that point that's where Cantillon gueuze becomes truly awesome. Sesame, funk, wet oak, and a positive oxidation that gives a caramelized malt/honey touch to the whole thing and makes it softer. Thx wentao l.
