Batch 2 again. Starts off way better than the one had a few days ago at the moeder, but still too easy. Grows with nuances coming out from the grapes used. Decent but not remarkable. 4.15 or less.

Donker fruit, vooral rode bessen. De wrangheid van een lichte rode wijn, goed droog aan het einde.

For Nuit Bruxelloise, I actually preferred the wine Nuit d’Encre to the beer. Once again great beer though, and it got better after letting it sit. 🍻

Nice dark Gueuze with a crimson colour. Made from a dark deep purple grape. Flavour is nice and smooth.

Gaat echt sterk naar rode wijn. Heel droog en acidic. Zeer zwaar wel voor de maag.

11/10/22 bottle: jam, rhone Grenache blend, light rubber, purple berries, and light tannic funk. I enjoyed it more than others at the share, but it has some rubber/bandaid that wouldn’t blow off. 3.9
