Interesting beer, clearly a Cantillon but the lack of carbonation makes it feel weird

Usually a big fan of Cantillon, this one seems a little flat all round, perhaps past it’s best.

W aromacie mocna dzikość, dalej coś jak śliwki, gruszki, jabłka. Mega cierpkie, taninowe, kwaśne, aż trochę gębę wykręca. Przez brak nasycenia niespecjalnie miło się to pije i jest dość męczące. Na finiszu dużo goryczki drewnianej. Nie pod gust

Aroma is nice, classic barnyard, wood. However, there is no carbonzation at all which ruins everything down in taste so instead of fruitiness, tartness and funkiness we have sirupy beer.. Never thought I would give poor rate to Cantillon

Voor mij een nieuwe ervaring. Lekker zuurtje, maar als liefhebber wel wennen aan het 'platte'. Maar zeker geen slechte start in dit nieuwe gamma voor me.

Licht zuurtje, veel houtsmaak, beetje moutig. Totaal geen koolzuur. Had hier meer van verwacht

Wyraźne skórzane buty, ułożony, delikatny profil ale trochę już piwnica wychodzi, taka odrobinę zatęchła.

The good news: this one is carbonated - in contrast to the vintage I had before. The bad news: apart from that it's not better. 3.4 late tap

I suspect this is slightly past its best as it lacks the tartness and carbonation ñof a typical Cantillon lambic

Zeer vreemd mondgevoel, doet me denken aan wijn. Zeer zacht en aangenaam zuurtje. Erg goed van Cantillon weeral met een mooie lange nasmaak.
