Le côté plat peut surprendre au début mais après c'est tellement bon que ça se boit comme un bon vin ! C'est d'ailleurs ce que la description sur l'étiquette dit : "véritable vin de grains". Délicieux !

Lambic peu effervescent! Très intéressant et différent. C'est fermier, chalereux

Pas de carbo, joli funk, beaux aromes vineux, pomme, poire. Le tout reste un petit peu plat. C'est bien, mais difficile d'accès.

Je m’attendais à tellement plus! Une finale à peine funky et brett, légèrement cuir et boisé mais précédé d’une entrée en bouche flatte , assez watery, vinaigrée et sans corps ni caractère. Déception
