Barrique de chêne à l’avant plan. Assez vineuse, mais j’ai l’impression de boire qqch qui a été dilué.

Tart, sweet oak, delicate nose. Tannic and oaky, old leather and smooth, dry vintage cider, appley like warmth. Has a minerally quality to it as well. Cheese rind and dry funk. Lemon thyme. Herbal undertones. Beautifully balanced. Fabulous.

Super flat. No carbonation and not much flavour and funk left. Completely off.

Very white wine-ish feeling lambic. Lovely salty grapiness.

Where to start…light on the punch but subtly complex. Definitely requires half a drink before it opens up and releases it’s character. A flat pour with no carbonation. Definitely worth the effort.

tres interessant! Belle complexité. Dur d’approche, mais apres quelque gorgée on s’adapte à son gout unique. Amertume à la cantillon un peu piquante, boisée et vineuse.

Happy Anniversary ksenia k. ! The beer is not carbonated. Lots of wood, sone nice sourness and funk. Bitter notes. Complex and layered. A bit sweeter with yeast added.

Un vin doux et fermenté un peu vieilli dans le chêne. Tout sauf une bière mais une des meilleures bières.

Heerlijke zachte lambic. Vrijwel geen koolzuur. Heeft iets ziltigs.
