Aroma is nice, classic barnyard, wood. However, there is no carbonzation at all which ruins everything down in taste so instead of fruitiness, tartness and funkiness we have sirupy beer.. Never thought I would give poor rate to Cantillon

Initially leather & browning apple peel. Flavour is super smooth, sweet green apple & a spritz of lemon juice. Parmesan rind, oak, fresh leaf tobacco & sharp plain yoghurt add depth & funk. Lovely dry mouthfeel.

W aromacie mocna dzikość, dalej coś jak śliwki, gruszki, jabłka. Mega cierpkie, taninowe, kwaśne, aż trochę gębę wykręca. Przez brak nasycenia niespecjalnie miło się to pije i jest dość męczące. Na finiszu dużo goryczki drewnianej. Nie pod gust
