After a bunch of really nice lambics, a straight flat lambic is really not for me tbh

Wyraźne skórzane buty, ułożony, delikatny profil ale trochę już piwnica wychodzi, taka odrobinę zatęchła.

The good news: this one is carbonated - in contrast to the vintage I had before. The bad news: apart from that it's not better. 3.4 late tap

I suspect this is slightly past its best as it lacks the tartness and carbonation ñof a typical Cantillon lambic

Interesting beer, clearly a Cantillon but the lack of carbonation makes it feel weird

Usually a big fan of Cantillon, this one seems a little flat all round, perhaps past it’s best.

Pours light amber with aromas of preserved lemons, green apple, thyme and lemongrass. On the palate, its particularly sour, woody and slightly astringent. The finish is very dry with a long but gentle bitter bite

So it’s funky as expected. Acetic. Very mineraly, lots of iron, almost to the point of notes of blood.

Helaas was deze geuze plat en levenloos. Helemaal niet fris-zurig, maar eerder vlak en smakeloos. De typische geuzesmaak was er wel, maar de sprankelende toets ontbrak. Van Cantillon zijn we veel beter gewend, kortom zonde.

Je m’attendais à tellement plus! Une finale à peine funky et brett, légèrement cuir et boisé mais précédé d’une entrée en bouche flatte , assez watery, vinaigrée et sans corps ni caractère. Déception

Shoot me, but this will never be my style. Wasn't even capable to finish the glass. Always want to try it, always regret it. 40 bottles of Cantillon left in the basement 😣
