Œil : rouge vif, col fin. Nez : vins rouges, lambic, raisins, boisé. Bouche : grosse puissance du raisins rouge, boisé bien présent avec une belle acidité. Belle astringence sur la fin avec un gros retour vin rouge !

4.65. The best grape lambic that I can imagine. Lots of grapes and red wine hints. Very well balanced not so dry. All the way pleasant and get lost into it.

Now this is what we came here for! Lukas S. Nailed it with a thick Montepulciano body! This bottle has so much life left in it. Leaning more on the 70/30 wine/beer ratio. Complex long finish, red fruits, tobacco and earthiness. After ~1hour this sang!

Dark ruby purple with large off white pinkish head not lasting for very long. Vinous, tannic, grapes, lots of barrel, funky. Quite dry.

Lively carbo resulting in a fizzy mouthfeel. Dry finish. Smooth fruit profile. Nice but a bit too much fizz.
