Nez sur l'eau de cuisson du petit pois, côté mentholée, bien végétale aussi, super atypique. Pas le plus plaisir mais j'aime beaucoup

Funky apart, tandpasta in een positieve zin. Jeugd herinneringen aan duindornsap. Veel koolzuur.

Really like this, like Fou Foune was mixed with Viggy. A touch sulfuric at the end, excited to see how it tastes with some time on it and the sulfur dies.

Ultra funky, sur l'étable, presque le cuir. Contrebalance par une belle acidité et goût de baies. Vachement cool !

5/2021 bottling. Super interesting nose: funk, vegetality (mild boiled asparagus), grass. Palate is tart right off the bat, but it mellows into a faintly vegetal funk with hints of white grape skin and sour lemon. Like this better than last time, very

Tons of cheesy funk on the nose. As it opened up there was a pencil lead/cigarette ash smell. Less funk on the palate, more fruitiness. Really unique and enjoyable

Duindoornbessen. Die zijn goed zuur. Vineus. De afdronk blijft prettig lang hangen. Sluit af met fruitige en frisse tonen. En een doordringend zuurtje.
