Svårt att se hur det ska kunna bli bättre? Perfekt syra, lagom funkig, lätta havtornsvibbar, citrus och en härlig fruktighet (tropisk frukt). Hög komplexitet och drinkabilitet. Lätt upp på topp tiolistan. Gryyyyyym öl!!!

Big, tart lemony lactic notes. More acidic than mostly Cantillon lambic, from the berries. Prominent Brussels briny funk. Strong, lasting fine carb. Good stuff.

Neus van schimmelkaas, kaas, fruitigheid, bitterheid van bessen, tannines. Vult elkaar heel mooi aan. Doet aan blabær denken. Thx A lot Wallio!!!

Ho, underrated toch wel! Wat complex! Geur van muffe kaas en vergist fruit, wat op abrikoos lijkend. Smaak zuurder dan normale Cantillon. Oude harde (blauwe?) Kaas. Duindoorn komt er mooi door nu. Blabaer achtige ervaring. ZEER nice!!

Pale yellow. Earthy dusty, saline, chalky mineral calcium, sweet tarts, herbal/ spices- thyme and marjoram? Gooseberry as it warms with a dusty dry kimmeridgian calcium finish

After a long walk, made it to the bar in Helsinki where this beer was brewed for. Very very tart, but drinkable. Some type of fruit? Slight floral bitterness (in a good way) and very sour

I absolutely loved this. Reminiscent a little bit of this year's Zwanze. Briney, funky, almost musty. Fruit character is very much integrated with the other components.
