Yesterday backlog - Tart & fruity, loads of fresh sea buckthorn, some funk, super drinkable, very enjoyable 😋 Bottled 10.05.21

LCI. Much preferred this compared to last time. The saltiness is less overpowering. Some funk coming through to balance. Nice

Syrlig, lätt ton av havtorn. God, men saknar komplexitet.

Very strong taste of buckthorn. Pleasant sourness. Notes of fruitiness and wood as well.

Vinous but somewhat fruity berry aroma. Light-bodied, not very sour and slightly dry mouthfeel. Juicy tyrni flavor with some wood and vinousness.
