During Zwanze Day Thessaloniki. Another unique offering by Cantillon. Very pleasant to drink. Citrus notes, with orange being very present too. Medium carbonation with a sparkling feeling in the aftertaste

Zwanze Day @ Hoppy Pub: Very unique. Didn't find it bad at all. Quite citrusy & zesty, orange peel, astringent & tart. Perhaps, lambic character is a bit understated, but it's still tasty.

Zwanze 2021 @Hoppy Pub. Nice orange sour with medium body and short lasting aftertaste. Good enough but not something exciting.

In nose is a fucking mirinda, citrus, floral, light funk... Medium body and smooth mouthfeel. In mouth funk, floral, citrusy, hay notes... Interesting, but forgettable

Lots of orange. A bit of tangerine, a bit of pith. Just a ton of orange aroma. Effervescent.

Holy citrus Batman! Intense! I can taste each distinct fruit used: lemon, kumquat and orange. This is nice and the carbonation is creamy but again - very intense - probably because of the pith and the natural oils it contains

Juhtub ka parimates peredes. Kunstlik apelsini lõhn, kunstlik liimi maitse (oleks siis et naturaalne). Kerge kääritus. Ei ole oma suguvõsa väärikas esindaja. Aitäh annetajale kes maitsta andis.

Aroomis tsitrusekoore üleküllus ja seebisus, mis lambicu puhul on pigem eemaletõukav. Maitses ülitugev C-vitamiini üleküllus, mis jätab lambicule omase happe ja kerge maaläheduse ikka väga tagaplaanile. Minu hinnangul on siin tsitrusega liiale mindud.

So disappointed….so so so disappointed. Worst beer out of every Cantillon at Zwanze Day. Would be happy with it for a lambic shelfie, not happy for what it is.

Cantillon does it better than the rest hands down. Smoothest lambic I think I’ve ever had with the perfect touch of citrus and kumquat
