Great out of the bottle with a year of age. Lemon, kumquat, orange all balanced. From visit last weekend to Texarkana.

Really fun! Almost Aperol vibes. Orange hard candy, pith, almost soapy orange, drying wood and white pepper.

I got to catch up with my best friend after a 3 year year break. We went to Cantillon, these are the ratings as I recall them without any systematic note taking. The kumquat rind was very nice, great citrusy tartness. The second best beer of the day.

Orange-gold and crystal clear. Funky bitter orange nose. Taste is dry, with a strong citrus orange character. Crisp. Dry, but not astringent. Citrus lingers. Excellent.

Clear golden color, funky tart nose with a hint of orange, orange slightly chalky flavor like a pez, finish is dry with lingering orange notes. Very nice.
