Le lambic est là mais j'ai moins la rhubarbe, moins bonne que les années précédentes

contre toute attente la rhubarbe vient un peu apaiser l'acidité clivante propres aux cantilles. Pas de kick de fruit non plus mais c'est dans les codes. Nous cantillons

Its good, but rhubarb doesnt really stand with other than a gentle fruitiness and some bitterness.

Acetic wooded smell, golden color, good body. Wooded light sour fruity taste, dry fruity wooded persistence. No fruit rhubarb for me.

LCI. Rhubarb, dry, tart and overall quite light. Nice!

Super dry and sour, still a good mixture of funky sulphur on the nose and tart fruit

Vertical with 2020 vintage. Clearly more fresh rhubarb fruitiness in both aroma and flavor. Sharper sourness and overall better than the older vintage. 4.1-4.2

No nie jest to moj ulubiony rocznik. Ale zyskuje, teaci agresywnosc czy tam kanciastosc :)

金色、澄清度良好、酒帽量偏少。杯口香氣主要為輕度汗水毛皮與輕快的發酵酸香果感。入口碳酸中高、酒體輕盈、核心的芒果青檸檬乳酸醃梅子輪廓清晰明亮、帶少許草本汁液與蘋果。穀物風味低但帶少許的香草。無酒花風味與苦韻。發酵特徵主要是前述發酵果味、收尾極乾、尾韻為清脆的發酵特徵
