Big brett nose. Medium-high acidity, but I think that’s more the rhubarb than the lambic. Fine carbonation, and quite dry. Maybe a bit less fruity than last year’s batch.

Weekend goed inzetten. Stevig zuur en aards. De rabarber komt er jammer genoeg niet zo goed door als die van 2020. Maar toch lekker zenne.
