June 5 2018 bottle. Rough vintage so far, it’s 3 years in and just starting to loosen up a bit. Still very sharp, with katsupy vinegar notes, and heavy seed. Age will round this out some or take it super acidic, either way I don’t see it improving much.

Strong tart raspberry, some barn, almonds, quite lively carbonation. Dominant acidity at this stage of its lifecycle but with a great fruitiness to it. Would benefit from a greater balance of the two, no idea when that will be though.
