Tart og funky som bare fanden. Man kan næsten smage hesten. Skal lige have lidt mere sødme, før vi kommer helt op. Men go’ 🤙🏽🐎

Advent#10: heerlijk classic, raspberry, sour, ambacht. Genot om deze aan mijn mond te mogen zetten. Had iets zuurder gemogen, en minder bitter.

Mise en bouteille en juin 2018, c'est rustique, fermier et bien funky ! Elle est bien acide, de par son vieillissement, on retrouve la framboise en arrière plan qui embellit le tout

June 5 2018 bottle. Rough vintage so far, it’s 3 years in and just starting to loosen up a bit. Still very sharp, with katsupy vinegar notes, and heavy seed. Age will round this out some or take it super acidic, either way I don’t see it improving much.

Strong tart raspberry, some barn, almonds, quite lively carbonation. Dominant acidity at this stage of its lifecycle but with a great fruitiness to it. Would benefit from a greater balance of the two, no idea when that will be though.

Trying a kriek off. Both similar age. This is more acidic with more muted fruit character compared to the the 3F beer. There's always batch variation but this one has fallen off alarmingly compared to fresher bottles

Aroma reminds me of corn soup, or the Korean turtle corn chips to be exact, with cheesy notes. Sour and Berry. Dry finish

Friske bringebær har blitt til syrlige bringebærdrops, og roseen har endret seg siden den var fersk. Slik endring er kanskje også mest tydelig i 0,375-flasker?
