Aroma reminds me of corn soup, or the Korean turtle corn chips to be exact, with cheesy notes. Sour and Berry. Dry finish

Tasting great. Delicious seedy raspberry balanced with funky complex lambic. Great stuff

On the left. Really complex. Less bright obviously. Less sweet but more tart again unsurprisingly. But a deeper complex flavour.

Bu en 2022. Bien vieilli. L'acidité baisse un peu, tu récupères un côté épicé mais ça s'équilibre hyper bien. Plaisant.

6/2018 bottle, left. Noticeably little carbonation compared with the 2022. Duller hue. Nose is still very fruity, but a mushy overripe-in-the-fridge kind. The real change is on the palate. The funk is dialed up for sure, and the mouthfeel is a bit deader
