Fat sunripe tart raspberries, a nice kicking sourness, a little funk, quite fruity and fresh. We like!

Strong tart raspberry, some barn, almonds, quite lively carbonation. Dominant acidity at this stage of its lifecycle but with a great fruitiness to it. Would benefit from a greater balance of the two, no idea when that will be though.

So amazing. So clean. And the sourness has smoothies out a big. This is tasting so good right now. 🙌 Recommend with aged cheddar and fire pit. ❤️
