After all these years this beer is still truly delicious. A splendid Lambic with an extraordinary sour and fruity prune taste to it. The finish is remarkably dry and even more sour. Do note that this beer will give the stomach a run for your money ❤️🤣

I keep forgetting I had this 2012 bottle I lugged all over Western Europe. The sourness has softened a bit and the carbonation has faded. But the flavor is still spot on.

Droog, zuur, fris, wat appel, iets licht kruidigs (bottled 14/03/2012)

Citrus, funk, zest, light secondary, pretty clean with light dust for the age. Nomnomnom

Extremely easy to solo one of these. Lively, real funky, mild acidity. 10 years seems to be the sweet spot.

Neutral, woody nose. Barn floor, leather and wood, with a dry finish. Light fizz.

4,6 heel zacht. Cantillon kan echt mooi evolueren.

Drinking beautifully. Vinous, musty, lemony. Soft, with restrained tartness and some drying tannins on the finish. Oak character really beginning to blossom, with the age adding such a nice layered complexity.

Very different than the last bottle I had - this was all seseme crackers and lime with very smooth carb. Delicious!!

From the cellar, excellent. I wish I'd kept a few more bottles, could be rich right now.

Thanks Paul this was killer and I appreciate you cracking it. Funky lemon and easy drinking. I could have put down a gallon of this easy. Not bad company either!

Something I had sitting around the basement to pair with the slice of beefy glory I made for dinner today.
