Definitely prefer this over Saint Lamvinus, light, fresh geuze with grape notes and flavor. Nicely balanced.

Nose is musty and mildly vinous white grape, tobacco and heavy oak. Palate is rich and mildly caramel accented.

An amazing blend of wine and beer. Would be a great intro to lambic for wine lovers.

Really soft mouthfeel, subtle pucker. As it warms the stable comes through on the nose. Lovely. TY Bianca H.!

Smager meget som en geuze med smag af syrlige æbler, men mere bitter og ‘grøn’ i smagen. Hvidvin og Geuze fusion, men helt klar mest i retningen af Geuze . Bare lækker. 😋
