W aromacie dziko w derkę, słoma, jasne owocki. W smaku w stronę wytrawnego, lekko słodowe, dużo owoców, kwas średni, dobry balans. Posmak dziki, wytrawny. Jak najbardziej smakuje.

Tarty, hay, straw, farmhouse, funky, dry nose. Flavor is moderate to heavy tarty, funky, yeasty, dry, resinous, flowerish. Body is medium, text is oily, fizzy carbonation.
