2017/18 on right (2016/17 on left). 2017 is drier, oakier compared to the 2018's fruitier notes. Both with the characteristic vinegar. Consistent enough I prob. wouldn't note a difference if having either one alone. Fruit comes across as grapefruit.

The bottle should always be placed to the right of the glass.

Fresh light sour nose. Light golden malt body with zingy carbonation. Smooth sour notes lead to rose wine undertones that linger well

Funky, lemony, tart, green apple. Smooth and nicely balanced. Enjoying this vintage.

Lemony, vinegary, light funk, slight sweetness. Acidic on the nose, bretty on the palate. Just what I was craving. Always have a bunch of these in your cellar. Now David S. send some Girardin please 😂🧡

Poured golden amber. Nice funky aroma with hint of oak. Very subtle tasting notes of stone fruit grapes and fig. Dry mouthfeel towards the end. Became sweeter and more complex as it warmed. Thanks for bringing this in

Dry, funky, with balanced acidity. Pretty light and drinkable considering the complexity. Nice to have something good and special after a disappointing beer.
