Kegged 2020. Quite different from the similarly aged one I had a couple of months ago. Old apples aplenty.

Delicious. Funky af. Nice bright carb and a hint of lemongrass. This is delightful. Classic Cantillon and among some of the best I’ve had. Just delightful

Finishing off with the beer that started it all. Light citrus notes on the front with a more oak and vanilla centered funk following through. Finishes dry. Can't thank Bar Volo enough for hosting a spectacular Zwanze Day celebration! And thank you Jean!!

Creo que el sabor mas cercano y apropiado que se me ocurre seria el "Guarapo" (bebida caribeñas a base de ananá/piña/abacaxi de fermentacion espontanea), muy rica.
