Aprikoser i lambic er bare så vanvittig digg, og fou foune er vel kanskje det aller beste å få av dette. Massevis av fleshy og fruktig apeikossmak sammen med funk, stall, gress og fjøs. Meget bra syre som løfter smakene.

Moderately funky smell that’s more floral than fruity. Sweet apricot comes through more in the taste. Good bit of acidity. Think I prefer this with a year or two of age.

Herbal, minty, veggie vibes. Green apples, peaches, barnyardy, grassy flavors. Young and restless.

Слепая дегустация. Максимально ароматный абрикос на достаточно простой и лёгкой базе. Ароматика без изменений держится даже через час. Самое простое на деге. Опознал.

Bottled on 17.08.2021. Super acidic and funky. Still lots of apricots but different ones than previously. Earthy. Herbal.
