Bovengemiddeld zacht. Licht zoet zelfs. Fruitig en bijzonder vol in de mond. Druiven in overvloed. Ingetogen en voluptueus tegelijk. Geen hooi, gras, hindes of zonneweiden. Gewoon mooi 👌

#2 As last time 🥰 Still fresh and delicious, maybe a tad moar funk & oak, very different from 1st to last glass of the bottle which is moar fruity, goes perfectly with HM seasoned sweet potato mash 🍠😋👌

7 October 2021 bottle. Very wet cork. Pours with a modest head and small signs of carb in glass. Mouthfeel is quite carbonated. Nosenof white grape just, vinous white grape, soft mild funk. Palate follows, with a sweet grape presence in the finish that is

Funky, acid, farmy, oaky, horse blanket, winy, grapy nose. Flavor is moderate winy, grapy, funky, tarty, oaky, balanced dryiness. Body is light, texture is watery, average to low carbonation.

Outstanding aroma. Beautiful funkiness. Classy cheese and mold feel. Sweat, horse, hay, farm, leather. Dryness, Bretta. Amazing green grapes. A vinous Lambic. Juicy. Apple, stone fruits. Salty. Mouthwatering. Low-medium bodied, mineral, crispy. A monster.

Just made it back from the holidays with multiple flight delays. Felt it was time to open this guy. Crisp, some funk and very wine like in a good way.
