2023.03.22. Muscat, green apple, wild blossom and its honey, and subtle notes of nuts in the aroma. Smooth mouthfeel. Light-bodied and watery. Honey-like sweetness with the flavors of muscat juice. Very weak but dense carbonation. Drinkable.

Ottima dolcezza dell’uva che taglia l’astringenza marcata provata nei due assaggi della versione 2020. Morbida, con cenni d’ananas e dolcezza ad esaltare la delicatezza dell’uva.

Missed this one at #zwanze day. Rounding the circle. Good that it is a grape one as it gets me ready for the white wine at the restaurant shortly. Usual cantillon quality (at the usual high price)

Would say it’s probably the best lambic I’ve had but don’t think I’m a fan of the style. Acidic fruit, like a strong sour almost.
