It doesn’t stuck me in the middle of a dream like the previous bottles had of this. Maybe some corky and off flavors with too much tannic. Anyway, hey, it’s the Divin. 4.30

Slightly corked, but the intensity is still there. Perhaps the storage conditions or bottling affected this guy a little. But inception!

Prettiest lambic label in the game. Oh yeah, beer is pretty banger as well.

Catching up. From the Bottle Conditioned world premiere. Fantastic film, y’all. Jean’s work on wine and Gueuze hybrids pays off huge dividends here. Delicious

Similar notes to the last bottle, but it’s more thin, and we are getting a touch of copper on the nose. Flavor is reminiscent of Saint Lam, but not as impressive or layered.

Een van de betere wijnlambieken van Cantillon de laatste tijd, maar ook deze mist net wat body. Volrond en romig hoop je op, helaas blijft het bij vineus en vluchtig

Tannic but not dry, kriek-like fruitiness, vinous, excellent!

This is ridiculous. I’m confused by it, but also really really enjoy it.

Tons of grape flavor and red wine tannins. Very mild acidty for a lambic and insanely balanced. Loved this

First off, I LOVE the label artwork! This is really balanced and subtle in the final acidity, maybe from the grapes?. Either or, I really dig this and it’s very enjoyable!!! Thanks for the share Jeff J.

Good not great. Lacking funk and depth I get from a regular old StLam. Still good but wanting more.

Not my favorite lane for a lambic but so well balanced

The most subtle Cantillon I've had yet. Mild tartness, great funk, and really well balanced red grape, with more fruit than the tannin.

More in your face than vin santo and menu. Nice grape, lambic blend, as expected from these guys. Finishes dry and sharply

Dark cherry tone, sharp acidity clarity. Barn aroma, woody with a strong fruity black cherry note. Mellow tartness, huge jammy red wine grape, tannic black cherry skins. Medium bodied, ample carb, savory and jammy at the same time. Super balanced
