Non sono amante di lambic con uve ma questa fa eccezione. Note vinose presenti ma molto meno di quanto mi sarei aspettato.

Very grape forward and vineous without much lambic coming forward which results with somewhat simple taste profile. Would love to own one of these bottles and open if up few years down down the line.

First beer of yet another incredible beer trip and one off my bucket list. Its still very yound and vineous. Soft, tannic, mineraly and not a lot if acidity of funk. Should age nicely

Great refreshing grape characters. Tannins, acidity & fruit. Less dry than St. Lam but almost in the same vein.

Œil : rouge, col fin. Nez : fruits rouges, raisins bien prononcés. Bouche : gros raisins, peaux de cerises, noyaux, boisé, douceur, acidité modérée. Longueur un peu timide sur le raisin.

Classic Cantillon cork funk throughout. The wine shines through enough to let you know it’s there but the Gueze is the star of the show. Would love to taste this 10 years from now.

Such a beautiful wine/lambic hybrid. Powerful red grapes, some floral note like rose petals, warm-ish with tannic vinous finish. So tart and dry, super dry. Solid and drinkable.

Bright and crushable, with a lot of pop and zest. Berries, plums, a touch of orange, no real tannin / astringency. Glad to have another to age out. 😀
