Just now I realise that the Gueuze I drank on the 30th of December was likely this one, not the Bio. An amazing beer but, truth be told, I should've withheld it for another occasion.

Funky nose, tart citrus and brett flavours. Quite a lot vinegar acidity. medium to low carbonation with low zing.

Even smaakpapillen resetten na het tandenpoetsen 😉 Klassieker, topper. Goed zuur, appel, hout. Vol, prikkelend mondgevoel (koolzuur). Lange wrange afdronk met een licht bittertje. Complex en gebalanceerd
