Super fruchtig. Perfekt balancierte Säure. Sehr natürliches kirscharoma. Leichte mandelnoten. Angenehme eichenfassnote. Wenig Brett. Trocken.

Not too sour but gives a nice punch. Sour cherry and berries. I get this odd after taste that reminds me of olives? :D Earthy, some funk. Good drinkability, 375ml bottle alone goes down FAST.

An abundance of fruit at this young age, to the point of sweet and sour candy. Delicious all the same but would be excellent to try another year or two down the road, should I be so fortunate as to come across this again. November 2020.

Round flavour, sweet buttered cheery in contrast with sour. Wonderful to drink.
